Approve or send back
Every post waits on its own card. One tap approves it. A comment sends it back with the note attached to that post, not buried in an inbox.
Client portal · Built by Noah Watson
I built this for my own clients first. A psychiatry practice uses it every day to approve its posts, comment on drafts and see how its accounts are growing. I build the same thing for businesses that need their clients to sign off on work and want a record of who approved what.
The problem
The work is usually done on time. Then it sits, waiting on a client who is busy, with the feedback scattered across every channel they use.
What the client sees
Every post waits on its own card. One tap approves it. A comment sends it back with the note attached to that post, not buried in an inbox.
What is scheduled, what already went out and what is still waiting, laid out by day.
Followers, reach and the posts that worked, pulled in automatically, in a page the client can read without a login to five different apps.
The client can ask the portal things like "what is waiting on me" and get an answer from their own account, not a support ticket.
Photos, notes and answers to our questions go in one place, and the client sees when we have read them.
Built for the five minutes between appointments, because that is when approvals actually happen.

I’m taking on a small group of founding clients this quarter, which is why the audit’s free. Real eyes, real fixes, no catch.
