How I handle your info.

Who runs this site
Watson’s Media is a one-person creative studio run by Noah Watson. Reach me at noah@watsonsmedia.com. If you have any privacy question that this page doesn’t answer, email is the fastest way.
What I collect
The only place this site actively captures information from you is the free audit form. When you submit it, I store:
- Your name and email address (so I can reply).
- The URL you sent (your site or social profile).
- The challenge text you wrote.
- A one-way hash of your IP address and your browser’s user-agent string. The raw IP itself is never stored. This exists to catch obvious abuse (spam bots, duplicate-flood), not to identify you.
That’s it. I do not sell, rent, or share this information with any third party. There are no marketing lists. There is no retargeting pixel from Meta, Google Ads, LinkedIn, or anyone else on this site.
Cookies and analytics
I use PostHogfor basic analytics — pageviews, navigation, and a single event that tracks audit-form submissions. PostHog sets a first-party cookie to count unique visitors. I’ve configured PostHog to:
- Honor your browser’s “Do Not Track” setting.
- Skip session recording (your clicks/scrolls are not replayed).
- Mask element attributes so form values are not captured.
That cookie is the only one set by this site. If you’d rather not be counted at all, enable Do Not Track in your browser settings — PostHog will skip you automatically.
Who I share data with (processors)
To run the site I rely on four third-party services. Each one processes a narrow slice of the data above on my behalf, under their respective Data Processing Agreements:
- Supabase — stores the audit-form submissions in a Postgres database with row-level security. Hosted in the United States.
- Resend — delivers the transactional email that notifies me when you submit the form. It does not see your IP hash or user-agent; only the four form fields plus your email address as the reply-to.
- PostHog — receives the anonymous analytics events described above. Hosted in the United States.
- Vercel — hosts the site itself. Routes the form submission from your browser to the Supabase database.
These vendors do not have permission to use your data for their own purposes. Their privacy policies cover their slice of the pipeline.
How long I keep it
Audit-form submissions are kept indefinitely so I can follow up — but you can ask me to delete yours at any time and I’ll remove the row within a week. Analytics events older than 12 months are automatically aged out by PostHog.
Your rights
Whether you’re in the US, UK, EU, or anywhere else, you can ask me to:
- Show you exactly what I have on file about you.
- Correct anything that’s wrong.
- Delete it all.
Email noah@watsonsmedia.comwith the request and I’ll take care of it within seven days.
Children
This site is built for business owners and is not directed at anyone under 16. I don’t knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this policy
If I change what data I collect or who I share it with, I’ll update this page and bump the “Last updated” date at the top. Material changes will be called out clearly.
