The basics, in plain language.

These terms govern your use of https://watsonsmedia.com(this website) and the free AI audit offer described on it. By visiting the site or submitting the audit form you’re agreeing to what follows.

Paid engagements with Watson’s Media are covered by a separate written agreement we’d sign together at the start of a project. This page does not cover those.

If you submit the audit form, I’ll review your site and socials and email you a personal write-up of what I’d change. Some plain expectations on both sides:

• It’s free. No charge, no card, no sales call required to receive it.
• It’s an opinion, not a guarantee. The audit reflects my honest read of your situation. It does not guarantee any business outcome.
• Turnaround is best-effort, usually within 48 hours but occasionally longer.
• I may decline.If you’re in an industry I don’t serve, or the submission is obviously a bot or low-effort, I’ll politely pass.

You can view it, share links to it, and quote short passages with attribution. You can’t copy the design, the written content, or the underlying code for a competing offering. That’s rude and it’s also a copyright violation.

• Submit the audit form on behalf of someone else without their permission.
• Submit deliberately false information, spam, or material that violates anyone’s rights.
• Attempt to interfere with the site (scraping, vulnerability probing, denial-of-service, etc.). Security researchers acting in good faith can email noah@watsonsmedia.com first.

The name “Watson’s Media”, the wordmark, the logo, and all original copy and code on the site belong to Noah Watson. Quoting fair-use snippets with attribution is fine. Wholesale reuse needs my permission.

The site and the free audit are provided as-is, without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent allowed by law, Watson’s Media is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of either. If you act on advice from the audit, you do so at your own discretion.

If I update these terms I’ll change the “Last updated” date at the top. Continuing to use the site after a change means you’re accepting the new version.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any dispute will be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction where I live and work.
