How much does AI automation cost for a small practice?

It depends on how many workflows you need and whether patient data is involved, so any honest answer starts with looking at your week. The free audit tells you which three changes would save the most time, before you spend anything.

What drives the cost

Mostly the number of workflows and how many systems they connect. Everything I build is designed so patient information never goes through it, which keeps it simpler and cheaper than tools that have to hold clinical records under a Business Associate Agreement.

Software subscriptions are usually the smaller part. Most of the cost is the setup and keeping it running when the tools it depends on change.

Done for you, or a tool you run

Buying an AI tool is cheap, but someone in the practice then has to learn it, set it up and maintain it. A done-for-you setup costs more up front and takes that job off the practice. For a small team the second is often cheaper once staff time is counted.

Start with the audit

Send me your website and how your week runs, and I will send back the three changes that would save the most time, ranked, with what each one involves. It is free and you can act on it without me.

Free 3-point audit

Where are you leaving growth on the table?

Send me your site and socials. Within 24 hours I'll send back a personal 3-point teardown: the three highest-impact fixes, ranked, with exactly what to change and why. No pitch. No charge.

I’m taking on a small group of founding clients this quarter, which is why the audit’s free. Real eyes, real fixes, no catch.

A site URL or primary social link makes the audit sharper. No site yet? Skip this and tell me what your business does in the next field, and I’ll send back a starting playbook instead.

By submitting, you agree to my privacy policy. I’ll only use this to follow up on your audit.
