How do I know if social media is bringing my practice new patients?

Give each platform its own tagged link to your booking page, and ask every new patient how they heard about you. Together those two tell you which channel is working without tracking anyone personally.

One link per platform

Use the same link on every post on a given platform, tagged with where it came from. Your website analytics then show how many visitors each platform sent and how many of them reached the booking page.

Ask at intake

Add "how did you hear about us" to the intake form, with the platforms listed as options. Many people see a post, then search the practice name later, so analytics alone will undercount social media. The intake answer catches them.

Count people, never track them

A practice only needs totals: how many enquiries came from each channel each month. It never needs to know which named person came from where, and it should not put tracking pixels on pages patients use, since those can send health information to advertising companies.

Free 3-point audit

Where are you leaving growth on the table?

Send me your site and socials. Within 24 hours I'll send back a personal 3-point teardown: the three highest-impact fixes, ranked, with exactly what to change and why. No pitch. No charge.

I’m taking on a small group of founding clients this quarter, which is why the audit’s free. Real eyes, real fixes, no catch.

A site URL or primary social link makes the audit sharper. No site yet? Skip this and tell me what your business does in the next field, and I’ll send back a starting playbook instead.

By submitting, you agree to my privacy policy. I’ll only use this to follow up on your audit.
